Please read these terms carefully before using the pohon8 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
Last Updated: 01 January 2026Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pohon8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the pohon8 platform at https://pohon8.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
Access to and use of the pohon8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This age threshold applies in accordance with local social norms and responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. pohon8 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors, and we will immediately suspend and close any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
The Platform is primarily operated for players residing in Indonesia, including but not limited to residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, Yogyakarta, and other Indonesian cities and regions. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship or otherwise legally restricted from entering into financial transactions.
Each person is entitled to register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
21+ Only: pohon8 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We use automated and manual age-verification procedures. Any false declaration of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access the full features of the pohon8 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including:
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If your registered details change (e.g., phone number, email address, bank account), you must update them promptly via your Account Settings. pohon8 accepts no liability for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party. pohon8 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
pohon8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, breach of these Terms, suspected collusion or match-fixing, money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. Upon closure, any remaining balance of verified Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered Indonesian bank account.
pohon8 applies strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory for all Members who wish to make withdrawals or whose account activity triggers a verification review.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). We may request additional documents if the submitted materials are incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Note: The name registered on your pohon8 Account must exactly match the name on your KTP or passport and the name on your registered Indonesian bank account. Accounts with mismatched names will not be able to process withdrawals.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pohon8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts registered in a different name than your pohon8 Account. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pohon8 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pohon8 Account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification. pohon8 processes withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed when service resumes. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
All transactions on the pohon8 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pohon8 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.
pohon8 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general conditions set out in this Clause 6.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide:
Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary: slots contribute 100%, sports betting contributes 100%, and live casino games contribute 10%. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering — these are listed in the applicable promotion's terms.
All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
pohon8 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting strategies between Members designed to exploit bonus mechanics, placing opposing bets to reduce variance artificially, and using automated software to claim promotions.
Transparency Commitment: pohon8 publishes all bonus wagering requirements upfront. We do not impose hidden withdrawal conditions. If you have any questions about a specific promotion, contact our support team before claiming the offer.
All sports bets on the pohon8 Platform are subject to our Sportsbook Rules, which govern matters including bet acceptance, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits. For bandar bola (football bookmaking markets) and Asian Handicap (voor bola) products, settlement follows industry-standard rules as specified in our Sportsbook Rules document. pohon8 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to technical error.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) must include a minimum of 3 selections. If one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections. Maximum payout limits apply to mix parlay bets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
All casino and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers.
Lottery (togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets must be placed before the official closing time for each draw. Draw results are sourced from official international lottery pools (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, etc.) and are final. pohon8 accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from player misunderstanding of draw schedules or bet type rules.
pohon8 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed within each betting market. Bets accepted above the displayed maximum will be settled at the maximum payout limit for that market. pohon8 reserves the right to apply lower limits to individual Accounts at our discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pohon8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the pohon8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name pohon8, logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of pohon8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
pohon8 strives to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All betting and gaming decisions made on the Platform are made at your own risk. pohon8 provides no guarantee of winnings and accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that the house edge means the Platform retains a mathematical advantage over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pohon8's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pohon8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pohon8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
pohon8 collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Marketing communications are opt-in only and you may withdraw consent at any time.
pohon8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account and return of any verified Funds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pohon8 holds its international gaming license. The application of conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of a different jurisdiction's laws is expressly excluded.
In the event of a dispute between you and pohon8, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant international body specified in pohon8's gaming license conditions. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pohon8.
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if provided), the English version shall prevail.
